FREEDOM. That’s what we’re in business for… right? By reviewing your “Mother of a Business” by putting on my “Buyers Goggles”, the plan is to see what you’ve got and orchestrate a way to get you OUT, just as soon as you want. Creating and executing on that as a plan is what I do best!
How this all came about? I went from being an unemployed, homeless and pregnant singleton to building and SELLing a 7-figure business, all in guilt-free school hours, making me one of the 3%’ers!
As a result, this blog was born so you can learn how I’ve done it. It’s my way of being able to reach as many of you as possible and make the most of the time we each have available.
Now is the time to embrace being deliberately entrepreneurial about how and why we do what we do.

In July 2011, Denise sold her largest business for fair market value, it being the third one she has owned, built and sold. In the Consulting, L&D, Change and Organisational Development arena, it was doing 7-figures at time of going to market, so it wasn’t one that could just be packed away without due consideration of its future and those who relied on it.
Since then, she has since (confidentially) sold (20+) and appraised (200+) businesses on behalf of other Business Owners around Australia in all shapes and sizes, ranging from 1 person to many people, from $10,000 to $10mil turnover.
As a result, her opinion and outlook is regularly sought after for presentations, articles, interviews, podcasts, and webinars.
